How much are shipping costs in Australia?

Minimum shipping charge is $16.50. Due to the nature of furniture being bulky, shipping costs are calculated according to size and will be shown at checkout.  Please note that the shipping companies we work with deliver to ground floor only. If your business is not ground floor please contact one of our offices so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

returns & refunds

How long do i have to return a product?

You can return your item to us within 90 days of date of purchase for a full refund (less a 20% restocking fee and original delivery costs).We cannot accept returns on special-order or custom made items(s). Simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

How do I see pricing?

At Comfortel, we sell direct to businesses and industry professionals. By signing up for an account, you have access to our trade prices and shopping online.  Go to ‘My Account’ and fill in our registration form.  Once you have been approved and have received your login details via email, you’ll be able to see prices and shop online.

New account applications are reviewed in-person, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your application.

Do Comfortel supply the public?

Comfortel is a trade only supplier and sell direct to businesses and industry professionals. These business’s include Hair & Beauty Salons, Home Salons & Sole Traders, Spa’s, Clinics, Medical, Designers and Trade.

If you would like to purchase online from us or view our prices, you will need to register via our ‘My Account’ Page.
