Orders & General
Comfortel is a trade only supplier and sell direct to businesses and industry professionals. These business’s include Hair & Beauty Salons, Home Salons & Sole Traders, Spa’s, Clinics, Medical, Designers and Trade.
If you would like to purchase online from us or view our prices, you will need to register via our ‘My Account’ Page.
There are several ways to place an order with us.
Online: Click here to fill out an application to be approved to shop in our online store.
In person: We have showrooms in most major cities in Australia. We also have dedicated showrooms in New Zealand & Singapore. Click here for a list of our showrooms.
By phone: You may also place an order via phone. Please contact your local Comfortel Showroom.
We pride ourselves in picking and shipping your order fast. Therefore any cancellations must be made immediately as once the goods have been shipped shipping charges will apply for the delivery and return of the goods. There is also a 20% percent restocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after shipment. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy
You will receive an email confirmation from us to the email address you specified as soon as your order is received, and another confirmation when your order is shipped.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 48 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund. If you don’t receive your confirmation, please Contact Us.
Yes. You are welcome to visit any of our showrooms around Australia & New Zealand located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. Click here to find your local Comfortel Showroom.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard).
- Please note: goods will not be dispatched until Comfortel Furniture has received full payment.

All orders, shipping costs inclusive, are in AUD.
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email with the tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.

We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
