Website Technical FAQ's

At Comfortel, we sell direct to businesses and industry professionals. By signing up for an account, you have access to our trade prices and shopping online.  Go to ‘My Account’ and fill in our registration form.  Once you have been approved and have received your login details via email, you’ll be able to see prices and shop online.

New account applications are reviewed in-person, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your application.

Online we accept Visa or  MasterCard
Within our showroom, or orders over the phone we accept BPAY, Visa, MasterCard and EFT.

For all in stock items you can expect that all items are dispatched within the next 24 hours.

For Delivery Times, please allow the following:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT areas between 3 and 10 business days.
  • Perth and Adelaide between 5 and 12 business days.
  • Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns) between 12 and 18 business days.
  • For special requirements, please contact our customer service team on 03 8581 8111 or email us at info@comfortel.com.au and state your web order number.

When purchasing from Comfortel Furniture, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128 bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before delivery and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Please note in the event that an item is added to the cart for a value of $0 or $1 and the order is placed, this is an error and the order will not be honoured. Comfortel Furniture reserve the right to change any information on the website at any time.
